I was at a gym last year where they were renovating the locker rooms for both men and women.

For some reason men had to use women’s changing room and women had to use men’s for 2 weeks.

Few people walked into the wrong ones obviously as not clear signage.

I accidentally did too as so use to normal routine where the lady was stark naked and I just walked out.

But was a little awkward in the gym and sauna area the next day.

But is that normal for a gym to do that when renovating ??

Obviously apologised and say hello to her after that.

Yes it is. They did it at ours. Its so the work "men" can work on the women's changing rooms without causing problems

My gym is just waiting on planning approval to expand into the unit next door.

I get easily confused. I may end up in the wrong room a few times

Yes. We have separeate male and female changing rooms in my works and when there’s work MEN doing work in the female changing rooms they have to be switched.

I myself as staff have walked into changing rooms and caught several men bollock naked but they were all over 80 years old!

Yes guys walk around naked in front of mirror etc.

Some keep a towel around the waist.

Similar inside women’s changing rooms I guess.

Some women get naked when they change others go into the toilet or a shower cubicle or rustle about under a towel. I've never seen any of them study themselves in the mirror though.

Yeah men tend to stand I front mirror, even seen one hairdry his armpits and balls.

They don't all but some are more reserved than others. Some will stand and chat to me completely naked while others shower in their swimming costume. It takes all sorts

Happened at mine regularly. Woman walked in as i was flapping the auld cock with talc

Fastest I’ve ever seen her move at the gym as she turned around and bolted.
