No scales in our house either. We eat and drink whatever we want, when we want. We aren't bothered if we get a bit fat as long as we are happy. Life's too short!

"I gained 2kg

2kg, your 5,9” average build so what probably with 70-75kg normally so you’ve gained what? About 3%? That’s nothing, a piss and a big shit will account for 2kg.

I lost 3lb the first week then gained 3lb again the next. I'm happy with that as I said I'd like to remain the same over the 2 weeks. On it now then.... I have some goals!

2 things I’ve not built up the courage to do yet.

1. Get on the scales

2. Look at my bank account

Yep this is me but I did book all my exercise classes for next week to get back to normal. It's going to hurt a lot.

Hiding in the shadows

"I gained 2kg

Grrrrrrr"

2kg? Amateur!

I gained 5kg!

Going from non stop active, healthy diet to completly sedentary, cake & the entire cheeseboard!

Since the 27th I've worked split shifts at my bar job & only been able to get to the gym twice.

Kids finally back to school Monday, I can't wait to get into my normal work routine again.

I've been set a challenge for this year & I'm itching to start.

But first the seasonal bloat has to go

I've gained a thousand grey hairs

Roll on Monday

And you will shift that in no time all the running around you do.

Hiding in the shadows

First gym session of the year... It wasn't pretty!

And I nearly sobbed when I stood on the scales, I'd underestimated my weight gain

Well.... It's all self inflicted, no one to blame but myself..

No point crying, time BTFU & sort it out

I'm too scared to get on the scales. Lol

Although I actually think I might have lost a couple of pounds but if I did it was by complete accident.
