Homemade gingerbread latte with a dollop of double cream to make it creamier. Totally addictive.

Starbucks Costa lattes come nowhere near...

I used to hate coffee until I tried coffee in Italy a few years back... turns out it's because the mainstream coffee chains over roast their coffee. So for me, medium roast is perfect!
