My son got stung by one last month in his bed on his forehead, think it had crawled in the pillowcase to hibernate, fortunately having never been stung before he did not get a reaction. needles to say I killed it.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd say about an 8, but you'll soon get over the initial reaction and that will drop to a 5 or 6.

I'll let you revise that after my next question.

What the hell happened to that latest Randon Name Generator i , and a few others signed up for recently?

I'm wondering where the hell it came from.

All the windows are closed and for the last 4-5 months all the air bricks have been blocked after having the walls stuffed with fluff.

The exact same thing happened to my boy in winter when he was sleeping when he was 5. If they make it thru to winter it seems they are just nasty little feckers willing to sting anything they can.

If its a fair sized wasp sounds like the queen and they usually hibernate for the winter.

0nly the queen does this the rest die.

Usually sheds or lofts are ideal sites.

2 weeks ago my Mother had one in her kitchen - it was big bastard too, not your standard size wasp, more an industrial, heavy duty sized creature .. strange for this time of year.

Having said that, we've got daffodils almost ready to flower and the buds on the trees behind our house are actually starting to show the very slightest hint of green and our fish are still swimming towards the top of our pond which is unheard of at this time of the year.

Gonna be a strange season methinks, but not to worry because the world is supposed to end on Dec 21st I think ..
