Just finished the starter and playing up the main in a minute.

To start, coarse pork pate on toasted whole meal loaf, topped with fresh cress and a dash of balsamic dressing.

Main, baked jacketed sweet potatoes, filled with Philadelphia topped with smoked salmon.

Side salad with a chilli and lime dressing.

Got lump fish caviar and water biscuits with Brie after.
