The solution will be browser specific so he will need to search for how to delete history/auto-complete etc for the browser he was using. It's pretty simple as a rule. Also he should search for the fix using private/incognito browsing

Hold ctrl alt delete whilst typing erase all # you may need to reload your penis pics afterwards x

I once read online that placing a laptop in a microwave for 3 minutes on full power would remove any dodgy browsing history.

Never tried it myself though and might be worth double checking this for accuracy before trying it........

As others state, finding out how to delete his history that will have specific instructions unique to each web browser is key. If he downloaded any images or videos, he'd also need to delete those from his pc. Cookies may be stored, highlighting where he's been and what he's searched for - so a selective cookie deletion is probably in order.

His pc will retain evidence of what he's viewed, which could forensically be recovered - but I'm assuming that his children will not be able to complete this. His ISP will also have records of his browsing history that will be retained for some time - use of a VPN would potentially have relocated where those records exist and who may have access to them.
