"admin and call centre" There are certain questions that come up at most interviews - Tell me about when you delivered excellent customer service. Explain what you did when things didnt go according to plan. How does good communication skills look like to you? How do you work in a team? Think of good answers for these as your back up plan. If you need to think about an answer take the opportunity to have a sip of water. Relax and enjoy the experience. Always think about a good question to ask them at the end - career progression/development. Good luck

"S T A R Situation - what was the required outcome? Task - what were your specific duties either as part of a team or on your own. Action - how did you carry out those duties. Result - did you achieve the desired outcome? If not, why not and we're lessons learnt? Dibt be afraid to talj about what you did. Stead clear of talking about what the team did etc. The team aren't the ones being interviewed. " I was just about to give this answer When I interview for any staff I always used competency based questions OP don’t stress because personalities shine through too often without you realising
