Are you a romantic person?

Do you get totally swept up in someone or are you more reserved? Do you go all out with the cliched stuff?

Does it fade or is the romance important to you in a relationship?

I like a bit of romance but I’ve realised that you can’t get too romantic on here or you will end up beating yourself up quite often lol

I'm pretty romantic really. If someone gets my love I go all out with little gestures. But I'm starting to harden as I get older

"Are you Op? "

In general no. I'm not one for chick flicks and big gestures but with the right person I have been known to get a bit mushy.

Yeah, the right person can have that effect. I'm not really a romantic sort and tend to find some things a bit eye roll/vomit inducing but sometimes I feel all love heart eyes and want to hold hands as we fuck.

Romance is beautiful with the right person. I love the idea of being swept off my feet by someone I absolutely adore with all the flowers, food, trips, poetry and beautiful words etc.

But I also love a good hard fuck that’s just straight to the point, no messing, just pure sex.

Romance is important. But not all the time, too many sweets rot your teeth.

Traffic land

I am romantic when in love. I don’t think real romance is about the big, stereo typical gestures. I think it’s more about the thoughtful, intimate things you know will really mean something to your loved one

On here not at all, but with the right person yes.

I don't go in for the clichés or any of that, but if a person is in my thoughts I let them know. I think that if someone is in your thoughts it shows in the little things and no it doesn't fade

Not in the buying little gifts and saying smooshy things to a man.

I'm all for lazy boat rides on a canal; candle lit dinners and walking around picturesque towns and villages, then home for decadent sex in front of an open fire.

It won't be happening for me any time soon though.

I love a bit of romance, it’s nice to tell someone that they are special to you and for them to do the same. But unfortunately it’s been a long while since I’ve had the opportunity to be like that and going on recent attempts, it’s going to carry on being a long time before I do!

I'm quite romantic, but also random with it. There s no pattern to just, just when the urge arises, then on the other hand I refuse to do Valentine's day.

I'm in total agreement with you about valentines day. To me, romance is spontaneous and caring it's about wanting to show the other person that they matter, it's not because card companies tell you to. Valentines is the opposite of romance, it's duty and regime

I get embarrassed by to much slushy romance, and don't really go in for all that. I'll do little things that show I'm thinking of you if I am.

I agree, it’s thd little things, not big romantic gestures. Bringing up a cup of tea in the morning means more than buying a big bunch of roses.

That's my thinking behind it as well . Feeling obliged to do something because of what day of the year it is isn't romantic at.

I think the sentiment is very sweet but I find it can feel a bit false, like someone is trying to hard. Or perhaps it's just me, it makes me feel uncomfortable
