Being based in Germany, I have just told this hotwife I'm seeing that we are moving back to UK in March and she started crying.

Does this mean she's attached to me or not?

Will her being attached to you change your mind? If not then it is somewhat inconsequential.

Many years ago during my first failing marriage, I had a FB. I was sad when it came to an end, we was not in love, but there was a special connection. I don't think you need to worry too much. It is what it is.
