I think it depends on the fantasy.

Some can be built up to the extreme in your head and can never match up.

Some fantasises can and do live up to reality. The great thing is sometimes they are slightly blurred around the edges so there's room for change.

Multiple women at the same time. Was excellent fun and played out really naturally after a party, however as the only guy involved the mental pressure almost ruined it for me.

Am I doing ok, is everybody enjoying themselves, am I giving my partner enough attention, is that lady over there left out, don’t cum, stay hard, fuck I’m tired.

It was all bollocks as it wasn’t about me and none of the ladies really cared what I was up to and we all had fun. At the time it felt like I was spinning plates on each limb while trying to juggle fire and solve algebra though.
