Does anyone use a pelvic floor exerciser, ? and no...not a dick

and if so...can anyone recommend the best ?

I don't... I just regularly squeeze my muscles as if I am holding in a wee.

Guys complain when I cum if they are inside me though saying that the grip is too tight... you can't win!!

Same as the others have said, just squeeze the muscles in that stop you from peeing.I do it every day ( while washing up is my favourite time) Have been doing this since I had my babies and can still force a guy out when I cum (not bad for an old girl)

I always do pelvic floor exercises, holding muscles etc.

If you release urine when laughing or coughing, sneezing etc, then it does indicate a loosening of muscle tone but hardly surprising if ladies who've carried a full term pregnancy and of course the dreaded age factor. I don't like the idea of stress incontinence at all. I would really hate having to wear those tena pads
