That Don't Impress Me Much!

For the Ladies.

What does/doesn't impress you on here? Regarding profiles and messages. Do people show or say about nice cars, having lots of cash, big house, vain... does it impress you (much)?

I don't have a nice car, lots of cash, big house. I definitely ain't vain and I don't look like Brad Pitt! But I will guarantee to keep you warm in the middle of the night!

I'm not materialistic so the guys boasting about their fancy watches and expensive cars leave me cold.

It also makes me think is that all they have to offer?

On a site like this,I've absolutely no interest in someone's bank balance.

Nope. Anyone who posts what car they drive and how much they earn doesn’t impress me one bit. In fact it works the other way.

Manners, respect and not sending me a cock pic with a first message impresses me.

None of that kind of stuff has any relevance to the connection I’m trying to build with someone anyway.

If they think it does then they’re not the person for me, that doesn’t impress me at all.

They’re not listening when we’re conversing if they come away at any time and think material things are gonna impress me, if they feel they have to do anything to try and impress me then they just haven’t understood what it is I find attractive in someone.

Hiding in the shadows

Material possessions, really don't impress me.

Neither does having the chiseled body of an adonis.

Anyone who uses their financial status, brags about the earnings, their fancy car as a selling point, or assumes flashing their abs will have my swooning... Nah, I'll pass thanks

If you're nice, you're nice.

Those things are standard. Men should hold open/hold the door for anyone if someone's behind them. And I ask if the lady would like to buy the first drink as I believe in equal opportunities Kidding obviously! Or am I?

Well I'm often told I'm not funny but if you're ticklish I can tickle you? Also I ain't too shy to make a fool of myself in public if it makes you smile. If you're with any woman when you're out then all your focus should be on her. Could be in a middle of a field for all I care wont be looking at nothing else!

It does seem a few of his "haters" still trying to have digs. He has not posted for a long time. Therefore would be nice for those people to let that go now...

Yes he bragged, was in your face kind of thing and made mistakes. Big time! Was disrespectful towards fellow fabbers, but you knew exactly where you stood with him. At least you can decide to engage with him or not knowing he tells it like he means it... good or bad.

What don't impress me is:

The ones who pretend to be something they are not. Trying to blend in with the crowd, but really deception comes natural to them and being a compulsive liar is the norm

Once I know the truth I have to avoid the tricksters! They can cause you problems if you let your guard down.

Many forumites have opinions on every topic which is all good and fair enough you know your stuff and you're well connected amongst friends on various platforms. They also keep banging on about have the "balls" be upfront and honest... they don't like silly games... well don't target a person that don't come in the forums no more.

Seen this in a few threads now. Targeting an individual behind their back who ever that might be man or woman is not impressive.

I always think of it as like applying for jobs - if you cut and paste the same application to 100 jobs you’re unlikely to get a single interview. However if you appear to have been selective, you’ve understood the job description and tailor your message accordingly then you’re off to a good start!

Stating how dom you are

You're an incredible lover

Professional, great job etc

Fuck for hours

Expecting me to meet and drop knickers immediately

Being 99% interested in yourself or your own pleasure / interests

Assuming I'm desperate

You're clean

You have enormous experience or cock

Never had any complaints

Everyone finds you attractive

Limited time offer (DFS sale type) fuck now or never I always choose never, thanks

You say I'm the most gorgeous

Things that impress us:

1) People who have made an effort to read our profile and write a decent introductory message.

2) People who show a genuine interest in what we want/don't want and a willingness to talk openly about what they are looking for too.

3) People who can hold a good conversation.

4) Extra points for making us laugh, having manners and/or having some geeky trivia knowledge.

5) A well written, detailed and honest profile.

6) People who respect our boundaries and dynamic.

Things that don't impress us:

1) Pushy or abusive messages.

2) Random "meet now?" and generic copy and paste messages.

3) People who ignore that we're a couple and only talk to one of us or disrespect our relationship.

4) God complexes.

5) Random friend requests without even talking to us (the key word there is "friend" lol).

6) People who are cheating, not swinging (one is without a partners knowledge, the other is with a partner's consent).

Manners, respect and not sending me a cock pic with a first message impresses me.

I was going to say this too but then I got sad when I realised that 'respect' impresses me. It should be a given. "

Oh how standards fall being here

"Understatement, a spot of humility, confidence, unafraid of showing vulnerabilty, a sense of humour that clicks with me, open minded, kindness, I could go on.

Cars and other metal objects dont speak to me. Im not a magpie

How about silicon or some nicely moulded plastic?

In a boat shaped style I'll bend my rules "

I think the shape and pointy bits on my boat would be the end of you..

What I want to know is does any man make a woman take off her shoes before she gets into your car?

I've only seen it happen if someone's trodden in something.

That knows no gender boundaries. If the soles of your shoes are befouled, they come off.
