If you're talking favourite, my ABSOLUTE favourite sandwich would have to be bacon - thick juicy slices of bacon, with no sauce, between thick slices of lightly buttered fresh white bread. Washed down with a nice cup of coffee.

Honey cured roasted ham with Dijon mustard.

Lettuce and tomatoes.

Salt and pepper

Few pickled long chilli’s on the side to spice things up.
