If anyone finds my mojo, can they please send it back to me? I landed a new job towards the end of last year which I would have expected would reinvigorate me, but I'm struggling to muster up enthusiasm for pretty much anything here...

oh right. Well, for starters I don’t do man hugs virtual or not. Think about writing down short term medium term and long term plans and ideas. Week, month, year.....or day, week month. Set yourself goals and make sure you get some time to do stuff you want. Try saying no to people. Headspace needed.
