Christmas tree balloons

So my 16 year old nephew told me today his 7 year old brother asked him what condoms were. He didn't know what to say so he told him they were balloons to decorate the Christmas tree

and his little brother thought that was cool and put them on his Santa list!!

I shouldn't have laughed but oh man, it made my day! Any other explanation mishaps??
