Or lots of little ones.

How do you do presents? A lot of my friends do lots of little ones but I find I run out of things to put in a gift bag lol

"I rather do one little one im tight "

It's the thought, not the cost

Same here, have stockings with chocolate etc and then the main presents later.

I don't gift at Christmas

My nearest & dearest get gifts throughout the year

Things I know they'd like or need

I also tell people not to buy me stuff either

What I usually want is expensive and I wouldn't want people spending lots on me

By the same token, I don't need any more socks or Lynx Africa box sets

I only buy for family, never friends. Money is tight enough without that stress and it will end up a load of plastic trash and packaging to put in landfill or regifting.

...forgot to add it’s usually a couple of small, thoughtful things. One of the grandchildren loves mint sauce so she gets a posh jar of that and I found marbles in a charity shop for another.

The youngest one was mesmerised over some shiny stones so he has those.

I tend to buy things I know people will use rather than give to a raffle or shove in a cupboard.

If I had the funds I'd happily go extravagant and get people things I know they want but wouldn't spoil themselves with
