I love christmas but adverts and related shop items during late November seem to dilute it a little.

Christmas is the 2nd worse time of the year for me. Not the same without waking up early with my children and watching their smiling face as they open their presents

Not worn a Xmas hat or jumper this year. Went out for a few works drinks but didn’t get super pissed up.

Not really enjoyed it at all

Nope. I went to carols round the maypole at a local village to find some restive cheer. It's very much missing

I cannot get in the mood for it, might be because I’ve just got back of holiday and so I’ve not been looking forward to Christmas most but just doesn’t feel right

Not a single card, should get a secret Santa gift unless there was an odd number at work and my name got left in the hat, which is probably my chuffing luck.

Got a text from my mum earlier so I guess I should be thankful for that, yet I'm not.

I'm working all through, and no, it really doesn't feel festive at all.

Even some of the most 'Die Hard' Christmas fans I know are going low key this year

I am not a huge fan of Christmas, but this year does seem even more 'meh' than usual

I am working tomorrow and the 27th

I spend Christmas & Boxing Day pretty much away from my other half (family related)

I have two medical appointments on Friday

We can't go out NYE cos the dog is a nervous wreck with the fireworks, so if anything, Christmas and New Year is a bind

We had a Fab weekend in Dublin last week though - that was our 'Christmas'

Thought it maybe it’s because I’ve been ill orvthe Brexit effect.

Glad we are escaping to the wilderness tomorrow to hide away from it all.

Will surface again for the Boxing Day sales at the Quays.

I think it's been to warm to even think it should be Christmas already, I think I've only seen two snow flakes,,

I'm still making the effort but it's three years since I spent my last Christmas with as a family with my dad there, he was ill then but I just thought the chemo was working and that he'd be alright or at least around a lot longer than he was. He died four months later and Christmas just hasn't been the same since.

It's not been a great one for me this year, but I have grandchildren I have to jolly myself up for.

The warmer weather makes it feel less Christmassy too.
