I’ll be drinking many brambles over the next couple of days

Gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice and bramble gin (should be creme de mure but I bloody love bramble gin and it tastes the same pretty much!) in a glass filled with crushed ice.

Anyone going through King's Cross, it's worth popping into the Grand Northern Hotel Bar there for cocktails.

Plenty of two-for-one offers and not stupidly overpriced.
