Anyone have trouble in them in winter long term especially when cold as your nuts firm up and pull on the ring or even getting ring on to start (put it on in hot bath) had some nut escape issues even though its a very tight fit

I find the cold helps rather than hinders fitting the cage - that extra chill keeps things from getting too big to fit
