I went to sleep too early in the evening and my body usually wakes up after 8 hours max, no matter what day it is and how long I can stay in a bed for

Try being awake 24/7 most people can sleep i don’t always awake very rarely sleep get plenty of rest when you pop your clogs no complaining then
