Christmas shopping, new year sales

What I find really really annoying is not the general commercialisation of Christmas but the fact that we have Christmas goods and decorations in shops from September. Then two days before Christmas day, three shops in my local town have all the Christmas stuff down and gone! Just when most people are getting in the mood and replaced it all with New Year sales stuff!

I mean FFS, at least wait until after Christmas day. It just shows that for most large businesses, Christmas is about money and nothing else.

Rant over, sorry.

And you've just realised that Christmas is just about spending money?

No, I knew it years ago. This just seems like a piss take though.

The next big one is Valentines, so expect to see the shops full of stuff aimed at that.

Then comes Easter
