woman in the gym i go to is so strong she can lift me above her head with ease.

i get her to help with the bar when bench pressing.

she is fantastic and really friendly.just dont arm wrestle her because she broke the last guy.

Great choice I used to prefer Figure or Physique. Try looking at Miss Galaxy Universe that was a great competition and a friend of mine used to run the WABBA comps for the UK.

I train more strength than hypertrophy, although some of the latter is happening. It's giving me a much nicer shape than I'd expect to have at my weight.
