What's your favourite one? My current one is wensleydale with cranberries. I have a lovely Christmas pudding one too. Perfect with some warm crusty bread and butter or buttered crackers!

I'm currently addicted to brie and bread wheels. In the middle is brie and around the edges is bread. You put them in the oven for a while and the brie melts and you dip the bread in.

Wensleydale with cranberries on a digestive biscuit is food from the gods!

I love strong cheddar, Stilton, Brie and some of the flavoured cheddars are lush. I tried a cheddar with chillies at the Good Food show a few weeks back. It was smooth and creamy then the subtle heat of the chilli hit. Beautiful!

I remember giving my parents a lift to a party at their posh friends and each couple had to bring some cheese. My dad thought it would be funny to bring some Stinking Bishop and my god that stuff stank! I've never smelled anything like it in my life. Even though it was wrapped up, it stunk my car out for days........

Freeze you feta instead of chucking then grate it over tomato, fresh basil, red onion, olive oil, rock salt and fresh ground black pepper for a top, top salad.

I love cheese but am easy to please. Some Applewood smoked cheddar is all I need. Definitely prefer soft and creamy than crumbly, and still have no idea what the mouldy stuff is all about.

I like a baked camembert, dip some pitta bread into a nice cara_elised onion chutney and then the hot cheese....mmmm heaven.

Two things though, don't miss your mouth. Molten hot camembert on your chin is life threatening. Don't leave open in fridge for too long, the smell will make you want to set fire to your home and emigrate

5 months ago I went vegan and cheese is the only one I am struggling with. Just miss it! There are some good alternatives but they are just not the same
