Right is this just normal flu or man-flu as the symptoms are more or less the same but 100 times worse!!

Had all of those for a week now. The mind fog. Definitely the mind fog.

Though the exhaustion is getting to me now...climbing my stairs should not leave me trembling and out of breath

Agreed... especially when you're sick too. Just remembered one time I was ill stuck on the loo with my head in a bucket!
