£10 limit, they won’t know who got the present.

I’ve no idea what she likes, like 20 people taking part.

"No idea about hand creams."

Go to a bigger Boots and ask someone. It's not so personal that it's inappropriate, but it's useful (or can be passed on).

Or something in a similar vein from The Body Shop.

"Tampons

You did say it was for female. So, my other suggestion would be rolling pin or wool for knitting.

Depends on her age also:

Body shop gift box

Bottle of wine

Box of delectable chocolates

Quality rather than quantity

Presumably as this is at work, this lady is let out of the house by her master every so often?

Safer with wool then. Knit herself a bobble hot or knickers for cold weather to come.

My wool suggestion still a goer. Look at these fools who can’t decide Yankee candle scent. Too complicated. Ball of wool. Simple. Or revert back to my original idea of tampons

Super heavy flow tampons or light flow? Applicator or not? Scented or not? Tampons are a minefield, stick with wool

What kind of wool? Colour? Thickness of thread? What style of knitting requires what?

Applicator, non applicator, cotton feel coating, bleached white or not? Maybe she's a Diva cup girl (my god *that* would be so work inappropriate)
