Ok, not the nicest subject but I was with a guy who has a set routine to prepare himself for a bit of bum fun.....just wondering what others do?

His was fasting from the night before and an anal douche.

That sounds a little bit excessive! Surely just douching beforehand would be sufficient?

Put marshmallows up ur bum then squeeze them out. They’re sticky so anything left on your bum will be squeezed out too
