Flying back is not an option- not for about 9 or 10 months- for the next visit!

reading yr profile you are a seasoned traveller so surely you know ...

most flights arrive am so you just have to suffer and stay awake as late as you can else yes you will awake at an ungodly hour like this

only suggestion will be DONT NAP TOMORROW else you wont go anywhere towards resetting yr body clock

Thanks, this is actually one of the very few times I've experienced it. I've usually managed to book flights that arrive in the evenings & therefore not had to contend with it.

Thought maybe someone might have had a unique trick that worked for them!

have something light to eat then get back tucked in and try get some more shut eye til 9~10 then survive until a bit before your usual bedtime

I would try my best to stay up and go to bed as near to normal time as possible.

Once I have had a good few hours kip, I don't feel so bad afterwards.

I have heard somewhere that drinking your own urine is suppose to help with jet lag just dont ask me how

try modafinil, doctors use it for jet lag sometimes
