Hi guys Male half here, just got back from hospital.

Long story short Mrs went out with work for the Xmas do, I had a phone call around midnight from the Police, she’d had her drink spiked and was unconscious in hospital.

Thankfully back home now and she’s tucked up in bed.

Just be careful and don’t take your eyes off your drink.

Scary for you both, I hope she's feeling ok now.

I think people caught spiking drinks should be done for attempted r*pe.

This has happened to me and it is pathetic that people will dice with your life for a giggle.

Its not always (dare I say usually) meant as a giggle.

It is happening more

Heard some horror stories from men and women who have been drugged.

Not so easy to identify at a party but on a private meet id get the police involved

It's a shame the chemists can't make the common mass produced drugs that are used to spike drinks react with fluid so that it changes colour or fizzes or something similar.

Can't see anyone being caught and charged unless it ends in r.pe

Someone spiked our nephews drink last year, he is diabetic and the concoction used caused him to have a heart attack at 22. He managed to ring for an ambulance which arrived just as he collapsed. He spent 5 days in a coma. Its not just women it can happen to.

He has fully recovered now but never leaves his drink unattended

Bloody hell op. Glad she is ok. Know its a long shot but maybe if she knows which bar it happened in they may have CCTV and get this scumbag caught.

She has a clue which pub, they are checking cctv police were called so they are dealing with all that. Hospital were great. She’s a nursing sister herself and most of her colleagues who were with are are too, so it was noticed quickly.

She’s currently in bed feeling rough with no memory apart from remembering voices from the paramedics then waking up in hospital.

Thank you for your support.

Oh that is horrible hope she feels better soon. X

I do not go out often, but I am going to start carrying a coffee cup lid or two (or soft drink lids) and some straws to cover my glass, might help prevent even if it looks a bit silly
