Number 3 for me too

Long good Friday at the end where the IRA are in the car

And sexiest scene ever. Dirty dancing when they’re dancing in the room to the Solomon Burke song

1. Terminator ( two I think ) where the 'cop' rises from the tiles and where he materialises from liquid.

2. Close encounters of the first kind, when the spaceships fly overhead.

3. Dracula where Gary Oldman glides in shadow.

1. Goodfellas - the scene where they go in via the kitchen and they get a table straight away. Just magical.

2. The Good, The Bad and the Ugly. When the Tuco shouts his lungs out at Blondie: “Hey Blondie, you know what you are? Just a dirty son of a bitch!”

3. Inglorious Basterds when Aldi Raine carves the swastiki into Hans Lander at the end and that whole scene.

1. 'Broken horses' When the vilain (Vincent d'Onofrio) perished by what he most fears.

2. 'Buried' when the main and only character (Ryan Reynolds) realised that he will actually die.

3. 'The yellow sea' when the main character (Ha Jung-woo) realised who started what he got himself into in order to find his wife and make money to pay his debts. Epic twist.

Really?! Three?!! Erm where to start?!

Gotta be Christopher Nolan, anything from inception, maybe interstellar definitely dark knight, maybe the prestige, then there’s the work of quinten Tarantino, referencing nearly every film maker before him, then obviously the classics....

Inception ending

Lion king opening

True romance final shootout.

These are not the top three just the first to come into my head, all hail Hans zimmer

I may have taken this too seriously...

1) Notting Hill. A year passes as he walks through the market, completed with the previously pregnant lady showing off her baby.

2) The Story of Qiu Ju (find it, it's beautiful). Gong Li, the lead actress is ignored as she desperately asks for help in a busy street in a rich Chinese city. Long range camera, only she was an actor. The looks of contempt given by real people as she approached them; the most famous and beautiful actor in China at the time, who happened to be dressed as a poor peasant.

3) The Life of Brian. Crowd (in unison): "Yes, we are all different",

Solitary man: "I'm not"

Rocky 4 training montage.

When we were kings. Muhammad Ali telling Howard cosell via TV.

'you said Muhammad your not the man you were 10 years ago, well I spoke to your wife and she said you ain't the same man you were 2 years ago' legendary.

The first time Sean Connery said ' my name's bond, James bond'.

Too many but one that springs to mind:

Jack Nicholson in a few good men - in courtroom where he delivers his final speech. The contempt and venom in his voice - legendary acting.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe

Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of orion.

C beams glittering at the tanhausser gate.

All these things disappear like tears on rain

Time to die

No scene even comes close for me.

I only recently got introduced to the film and it blew me away

Oh yeah, what did you both think?

I adore the first Blade Runner and was worried. Watching 2049, I felt relief and justification someone else liked it as much as me to put so much love into that.
