Agoraphobia and swinging

how do folk deal with it . going to clubs is a no go ( too many people) and socials meets can be the same as you are aware of crowds even when meeting some one .

Isn't agoraphobia the fear of places where there's no escape? Clubs and social venues generally have multiple exits so would probably be safer than a private bedroom/hotel room with one way in/out?
