Depends on the standard of the ink and the woman in question.

I have sleeves & I'm going to get a chest piece eventually.

Why does it have to be one or the other?

Like any piece of art, the individual piece of work and it's placement will dictate how good it looks. Although personally I'd say chest... as you'll need to get your tits out to show it off

Because I have to start with one or the other first

Why?

I imagine a sleeve would suit Theresa May better than a chest piece whereas the opposite would be true for Esther McVey.

It really is specific to the person as well as the ink design itself.

I'd start with the design you like, or is most complete, and start there.

I have a half sleeve that I love and can show when I choose and a backpiece that I occassionally show off.

They're not subtle pieces, but make me no less feminine, in my opinion.

Happy go lucky

Think I'd go for the sleeve not so keen on chest pieces on women tbh but that's just my opinion

If I had to choose one i'd say sleeve.

Chest pieces are harder to cover unless you like wearing polo necks.

Alternatively a leg sleeve is very nice........

Neither, both too harsh on a fem IMO but each to their own.

If you are into gothic you would love where I work.

It's a beautiful gothic hotel and we often have burlesque nights etc.
