Well actually NO!

The head of the catholic church isn't officially a Pope, his title is " supreme pontiff, the Bishop of Rome and ex officio leader of the worldwide Catholic Church". The only religious leader who is actually officially titled "Pope" was the head of some West Indian religion that I can't remember but it wasn't a Catholic one.
