Don't invest your pension into crypto. It's just to bugger risk and your pension are not worth losing.

I have money in crypto, meant to be a "rainy day" investment, it's been a year and has had no growth or loss and personally think it will stay like that.

The boom has already happened, its all downhill for now and the next boom most likely won't even be a strand of the current popular cryptos.

The only "mainstream" Is Bitcoin

Ethereum may well some day hit the heights.... And there will be countless others. However at present many are being created to give short term dump wealth to people creating ponzi schemes

Your pension is better invested elsewhere in a regulated environment
