I’ve not seen my kids for five years yes boo hoo but I pay £480 a month as they are my responsibility but I want to be in their life but the mother lies so what do you do I have been court and they do nothing so please give me some answers

It sounds incredibly tough and I feel for you dude. I can understand you being upset.

I’m no expert on family law but if they are your children then unless there’s any danger to them, surely you should be allowed reasonable access to them.

Why have the court not allowed you or been unable to help you to see them?

Why do you say the court do nothing ?

I’m no legal expert but unless you were a risk to the children , you’d get access

I fought through the courts for 6 years and was granted custody of my son in July of last year.

I'm very surprised to hear that you're not having much success yourself OP.

Parental alienation (which is what your children are being subjected to) is abuse.

Have you been using a solicitor?

If so, fire them. They are only interested in taking your money.

Find a decent solicitor, or familiarise yourself with the Childrens Act and represent yourself - as I have been doing since 2013.

Don't give up on them
