Making a good cuppa

winterfell

Step 1 teabag & sugar in cup

Step 2 add boiled water

Step 3 leave for 30 secs - 1min

Step 4 remove teabag

Step 5 add milk and stir

Deviate from this and you are a sicko. Put the milk in first you say? Get to f*ck!! And once you get there keep on walking.

Just saying....

"Has to be Yorkshire tea..."

But what is ‘Yorkshire tea’?

I cycled lots around Yorkshire this year, not seen a single tea plantation.

Also, OP - leave out the sugar.

Actually it's incorrect info

Google it

Tea has properties in it and the bag needs at least 3 minutes for the properties to work

Nope! Sugar goes in last. Teabag and water in first, mash the bag a bit, remove bag, add milk, then sugar, stir vigorously in both directions, perfect!

Sugar reduces the temperature of the water, so don't put it in with the teabag. I put mine in just before the milk, but after the teabag is taken out.
