Hi swingers. Was really looking for some help and advice. Have any of you guys used Tadalafil for E.D. I am desperate not to dissapoint a lady I have met and wondered how effective it is and does it have any side effects. Sorry if I sound a sad case.

Heart burn, indigestion and head aches. Pretty much same as other ED drugs.

Well worth it if you need to last for 4 or 5 hours

As with all medication, every individual can respond differently to other people, including its effectivenss and side effects. Whoever prescribes it for you will want to evaluate you for its suitability etc.
