Dash, is yours broccoli?!

Oven roast Parsnips, Carrots and Beetroot. Boild first. Then sprinkle with a little Olive Oil, Cumin, Paprika, and Turmeric and roast them.

I could eat a plateful of them alone for my tea. But serve alongside my Stilton Potato Cakes and Venison Casserole and it is overwhelming.

Marvellous.

Maybe roast potatoes? Stir fried broccoli is also great, tiny pickled onions. Fresh sweetcorn is amazing as are peas although they might be seeds? I'd be very sad if garlic vanished. Courgettes are, well very satisfying

While I've grown to like mushrooms they aren't a vegetable.

Kale is very good at the moment and I like sprouts but have terrible trouble growing the buggers....
