Ok I just unplugged it - I'll try again in 10 mins

I'm with Talk Talk - it's never given me problems before!

Is it the grey router with the four green lights in the front ? Ours does it now and again..switch off for ten min ...switch it back in and leave it for a bit ...make sure you have no red lights on

They're fairly good if a little temperamental. If you got data on your phone see if their site has any service notifications. Might not just be you. Should only need to unplug it for 30 seconds.

Yes I'm trying that now - it's been going on and off since I got in - so annoying!

do you have a wifi channel setting in the hub menu.

it could be a neighbour is on the same channel and if your living in a shared property this can interupt your wifi signal.

you may be on channel 36. change this to 40 or whatever is next.

i dont know about talk talk but on most you access the hub and you can change the operating channel and wireless band setting between 2.4 and 5

Tried the re-boot switch on the router?

Tried changing the filter at the phone line box?

Thanks for all the ideas xx
