I had high hopes for oatcakes when I lived in Staffordshire. But I didn't like them.

I think I'll have omelette for breakfast with freshly laid eggs from the neighbours hens

Porridge (still find it’s easier to eat, toast is not something I enjoy now..) due to saliva issues it’s easiest to eat
