Yes. At school the boys were in awe of me and were too scared to approach me.

It didn't help that instead of being the blonde haired, blue eyed bimbo I was too of the class (and year group) at everything, including electronics and TD.

It totally ruined me for them.

Being really good looking is nothing but a blessing.

People react well to attractive men and women.

You do get the odd few who seem to think that anyone who's beautiful must by default have an ugly personality but that's the British way of thinking.

Yes, I have & in all areas of my life Relationships, friendships, work. I'm not sure how much the underlying personality plays a part in these experiences, though. If you're inherently confident or tough, maybe its different...

I could post about saving a kitten and I’d get shit off people, some say it’s cos they’re jealous, could just be that they think I’m a cunt, but I’m a good looking one. Some people don’t like it when you know you’re attractive.

Beauty is subjective and most people that say they are good looking or attractive, I don’t always think the same of them. Not a jealousy thing at all. We don’t all see things the same.

It’s all subjective though I guess.

We all like different things, some of those self verifying as attractive I heartily concur with, and absolutely think they are too. Others I genuinely think they’re not my type at all and can’t see what all the fuss is about.

I guess the key is it’s great to feel attractive (well I assume it must be!) and the more you feel confident in yourself the better you will project yourself.

There can sometimes be a fine line between confidence & self assurance and arrogance & conceit. Those that go around telling everyone how wonderful they are have to tread a fine line - some will love that confidence, others will find it a turn off. It all depends on who you’re trying to impress and which camp they’re in!

When I was young and hot as fuck and everyone wanted me I seriously didn't 'know it', and I rarely got any adverse reaction. All the men were lovely to me, and there was only the odd one or two jealous women that I recall making snide comments, as they always will do.

I think it's conceit that many people find deeply unattractive, it can turn the most beautiful face into a ghoul in my eyes.

It stopped boys at school from asking me out. I learned later in life that a lot of them fancied me, but I was a lot more mature than the ones in my year though, so I may have come across as stand-offish.

I agree with the confidence thing, when I was 18 and I used to go out with my friends I used to tell them I could get with any guy I liked the look of, not because of my looks but because of my confidence and I never failed. A lot of my friends were much prettier than me but didn’t feel as if they were and they didn’t project the same as me.

I’m older now and that’s gone but it was a great time

Imagine being tall, blonde haired, blue eyed, slim with big boobs and bum.

I am...is that a positive? It’s not every persons type I’m guessing

It stopped boys at school from asking me out. I learned later in life that a lot of them fancied me, but I was a lot more mature than the ones in my year though, so I may have come across as stand-offish.

I had a man walk into a glass door because of my beauty too, back when I was 19. Poor thing.

At 16 on an exchange trip to CA I was taken riding along a beach in Mexico by one young 'Fernando' on one of his polo ponies....I then popped on his showjumper and jumped a round to rapturous applause.....when we came to leave he had tho move his car and drove it straight off the 18 inch drop on the edge of the drive lol, my billet family howled with laughter about it for days!

Do you still recall the fateful night you crossed the Rio Grande?

I’ve had to make my own way to croydon. Not impressed.

No-one is impressed with Croydon darling, you go to all the classiest places don't you! "

Least of all you (I agree it’s a bit of a shithole).

I exude class from every pore. Wherever I go.

If it wasn’t for the age gap I’d already have linked you as my peng ting from barking ...

"Anyone else find it a real burden?...

... you plain Jane’s don’t know you’re born!

Yep.

I find that it’s both a blessing and a curse.

I was in Croydon the other day. I’ve had to come to Antigua to get over that experience

Oi.

My pic of the Fairfield Halls and a gaggle of scummy-mummies trumped your photo of the blue sky, tropical beach and cocktail earlier....

Admit you’re a bit jealous.
