Definitely late 20’s to very early 30’s for me. Less stress and things going on in life definitely helped to having fewer inhibitions and hang ups and stress which in turn made for me being better at sex.

On serious note before the thread goes off on a tangent, I have met loads of over 30’s especially when I was younger and it nearly always turned to more then just sexual, like i was making a commitment, a binding of sorts and not the filth and the penis

I think it depends how you define prime. I guess younger men probably have higher sex drives and more reliable erections but from my experience a lot of younger men can be either selfish in bed or not mature enough to communicate enough to make it an enjoyable experience for you both. Even just at my age I have noticed a massive difference in experience from sex with teenagers to sex with men in their late 20s and early 30s and I've definitely had a lot more orgasms with the latter. Also sex in my younger years was often a rush to penetration by the guys. As the men I've had sex with have got older they've definitely been more experimental and exciting.

If I remember it said men reach their peak at 19, and for women it was 31 I think.

Big difference!

Makes sense really as young guys have a high sex drive, they’re able to cum several times in a short space of time, and recover really quickly. Whereas older guys may still have a high sex drive but many can’t cum several times anymore and many take hours to recover.

With women I’m guessing confidence increases with age which means more sexual confidence & better experiences, also apparently women don’t have their best orgasms until their 30s, and then after 50 menopause may affect that.
