This evening I have cooked for myself...

Salmon fillet pan fried with lemon grass, garlic and soy sauce

Buttered boiled new potatoes and broccoli.

Homemade dough with a tomato sauce made from tomatoes I grew over summer only thing I didn’t make is the cheese and pepperoni

I made me and the kids some fried chicken stripes basted with salt and garlic alongside brocoli, carrots, baby corn and buttered new potatoes..... Have to say its lush... And the kids are uiet so can't be bad!!
