I search (when looking) and read and have unearthed some great profiles before when looking. Not seen any for a bit though.

I think it's kind of difficult for personality to be conveyed well for an unknown audience - what one person finds pissing themselves funny, another will roll their eyes at. Originality is hit and miss.

For me it's a mixture of personality, looks (equally important in my view) intelligence, mutual attraction and chemistry. Knob size doesn't come into it.
