Yous all seem clever chaps on here.

Just to ask about work ive done recently.

I left the temp. Job a week ago, and aches have nearly gone except for my shoulder. I was taking pain killers on at night, and wearing a sweatshirt in bed to help ease the pain.

Question is, if i continue with this type of work, can permanent rsi ensue?

I don't mind doing unsavoury jobs but want to look after my health.

What type of work? Not enough info...rsi is more long term, if it was a temp job was it more that you were unused to the activity?

Yea more unused.

I asked st local gym, and was told if it were gym exercise related, you'd leave off, so doing it constantly for 37. 5 hrs might do harm

Wrapping car wirkng harnesses on a bench, other job involved forcing a small diameter cylinder covered in paper into a larger diameter cylinder, repeatedly. Both jobs production line stuff
