Somewhere In The Ether…

....Or more specifically in this instance, Rhabdomancy or Dowsing as it is colloquially known.

I myself decided to conduct a (pseudo)scientific experiment with a dowsing rod myself earlier on today.

According to many proposed esoteric theories, the earth is covered with Ley lines so off outside I went in psychical search of them.

Bugger me! - No sooner had I stepped out before my rod suddenly started to pulsate in my hand!

I swear the thing felt as though it was surging with some form of invisible bio-electrical energy; It was literally throbbing as I held it and began to rise upwards, bolt upright!

Of course, all this inevitably attracted an assembled crowd of onlookers who were all clearly filled with a combination of shock, disbelief and absolute fascination at my quivering rod.

Do any of you have any intriguing experiences to report on the subject?
