Has any one had a vanilla relationship without their partner knowing they were a swinger before?

How do you cope with non sexual side in the beginning?

No and I never would. I hope never to be in the position but I'd be up front from day one about my past and what I hope for from the future.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the non sexual side

I wouldn't be able to do it. I'd have to be upfront about my fun times and adventures, and I wouldn't be waiting too long to have sex either... I'd have to know we were compatible sexually before I got invested emotionally!

I don't know how I would be nowadays. Before I met Mr N I was happy to have one night stands or sex on a first date. Nowadays I think I'd probably need a couple of dates. For no other reason than I take everything at a more considered pace nowadays.

I’m like that now, I used to do it first date and my long relationships were a result of that. I’ve started to slow down since joining fab last year and taking my time to meet the right people.

Oh a couple of dates would be OK.. You'd still be at the getting to know you stage. But getting the sexual chemistry right early on would be very important to me. I've had relationships in the past where the sex was not good, and they didn't last. If I was actually looking for a relationship any time in the future, I'd have know it was with someone on my wavelength

Me too but I wouldn't be averse to some nice casual sex while I was looking for long term

Not really. If I was ever single again (I hope I'm not) I'd be open and honest with whoever I was seeing. I personally can't see the point in having cake and not eating it.
