This is really aimed at private property owners who live/own a flat.

Have you ever had to deal with 1 owner, who was unwilling to pay their share of a repair?

I am already dealing with a litigation case that is costing in the thousands, so looking at other options to try and ensure 1 owner pays his share.

Now I am aware that the laws in Scotland/England are different, however, I have done some research and have come across a website that directs you through the process of enforcing things through the courts and trying to obtain a warrant etc, but has anyone had to do this before and if so how what was your outcome compared to your outgoings cost wise?

Were you successful in your endeavours? Would you do it again? Or did you find it was good money after bad?

I will admit this is partly a matter of principal on my behalf as the guy is just a total twat! But I am not willing to lose too much money on a matter of principal so all your experiences would be appreciated
