I’d try and make up a convoluted lie about how I’m working on the docks in the wind and the rain, but truth be told I’m in a nice warm office with the heating cranked up to 10

I have pj's on,a duvet with two covers on my bed and I'm still cold. I've just made myself a hot water bottle,I think I've caught someone's bugs.

Definitely man flu I have a bit of a cough and sore throat,achy bones. Hopefully I last til the end of the year,kid's will be annoyed if I don't make it to xmas.

It is for me. I don’t do well in the heat and my colleague gets so cold she turns blue.
