The reason theyve done this is to stop minor sports stars getting recognition, after johnny rea was 2nd last year. They vertually admitted they want well know stars to be up there. Was a joke as rea is a 4 time world champion just like hamilton but due to being on motorbike and not f1 the organisors feel he didnt deserve a nomination
