It's always difficult for us night workers ....a couple of hours sleep and try to be jolly all day for the kids sake

This year my youngest lad is working nights with me and I'm so gonna make him suffer lol

No meds at the moment, GP and I are taking a different treatment route.

I'm off meds myself right now but I used them to get me up to a level where I was able to take over myself
